Private Equity Investment Analyst (6-month internship)

The Private Equity Investment Analyst (Intern) role in our Singapore office is a 6-month full-time internship opportunity. The program has an anticipated start date of early July / August 2025 till end December 2025 / January 2026.

Tasks & Responsibilities (Co-investments, Secondaries and Primaries):

Monitoring Existing Private Equity Investments

• Primary fund investments
• Secondary fund investments (pricing and execution)
• Direct co-investments
• Portfolio management and allocation

Supporting the Investment Process

• Financial modelling and analysis
• Preparation of investment models and memorandums
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis of transactions
• Market and financial research

Assisting in the Preparation of Marketing Materials

• Fundraising and Secondary pitch materials
• Market research
• Investor reporting materials

Minimum Qualifications:

• Top academic performance from leading universities
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ideally the candidate would have prior internship experience in an investment bank / corporate advisory / private equity / consulting position
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential

1. This internship is applicable on-site in Singapore and not for remote work
