The Private Equity Investment Analyst (Intern) role in our Singapore office is a 6-month full-time internship opportunity.
Tasks & Responsibilities (Co-investments, Secondaries and Primaries):
Monitoring Existing Private Equity Investments
- Primary fund investments
- Secondary fund investments (pricing and execution)
- Direct co-investments
- Portfolio management and allocation
Supporting the Investment Process
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Preparation of investment models and memorandums
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of transactions
- Market and financial research
Assisting in the Preparation of Marketing Materials
- Fundraising and Secondary pitch materials
- Market research
- Investor reporting materials
Minimum Qualifications:
- Top academic performance from leading universities
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ideally the candidate would have prior internship experience in an investment bank / corporate advisory / private equity / consulting position
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential

- This internship is applicable on-site in Singapore and not for remote work
