Private Equity Marketing Professional (m/f/d)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a junior professional to work in our Marketing team from our Bad Homburg office. The successful candidate will support Marketing and Business Development with our global activities and should be able to prioritize multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the private equity/asset management business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This hire will work on various Marketing and Business Development tasks, as detailed below, with primary responsibilities for marketing materials and investor inquiries and the goal of contributing to the AUM growth of the business:

  • Support the fundraising efforts of a global team for commingled funds and separate managed accounts and work collaboratively on projects related to fundraises and client-focused initiatives alongside the investment, reporting, client service, product solutions, operations, and compliance teams
  • Develop and maintain product marketing collateral, including standard presentations, case studies, bespoke materials for targeted audiences and events, due diligence materials, and customized investor content
  • Be an integral part of the RFP creation process, including compiling responses, running track record analysis and liaising with internal stakeholders and data providers to collect information and data
  • Perform data analysis on fund performance, compile benchmarking analysis, gather and analyze market data, and circulate analytics to the broader organization
  • Manage due diligence data rooms and company data on third-party sites and consultant databases
  • Help draft client communications and quarterly investor letters/reports
  • Manage company social media accounts and platforms, including certain company website content
  • Liaise with industry conference organizers to provide marketing and advertisement materials
  • Generate content, draft communications and provide logistical support for the firm’s annual investor conference

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Finance and/or Marketing
  • 1-3 years of Financial Services/Marketing, or related experience in Private Equity or Investor Relations
  • Understanding of and interest in financial products and services
  • High level of organization skill, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English language
  • Strong work ethic, commitment and self-drive
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships of trust
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word):
  • Experience of working in PowerPoint and Word essential
  • Strong numerical and Excel skills desired
